Upholstery Cleaning
Couch or sofa, mattress and dining chair cleaning, from R120 incl. VAT.
Turnover Cleaning
Client-supplied linen, with or without laundry, from R500 incl. VAT.
Additional Cleaning
Balconies, staircases and additional bathrooms, from R75 incl. VAT.
Laundry
Five individually priced laundry items, from R20 incl. VAT.
Prices include VAT and are valid until 30 April 2027. Turnover cleaning uses client-supplied linen; where laundry is included, linen is collected, washed and returned. Additional cleaning items are charged individually. House or office, luxury home, and event cleaning enquiries are quoted individually. Each request is reviewed before confirmation.

Cape Hospitality grew from first-hand experience with the demands of short-term rentals in Cape Town. From last-minute bookings to tight turnaround times, we understand how much goes into getting an apartment ready for its next guest.
Deen, our Operations & Marketing Manager, recognised the need for dependable cleaning support—especially for property owners living outside Cape Town and managers looking after multiple apartments.
We provide professional cleaning to help owners prepare welcoming, guest-ready spaces. Our approach is practical and personal: look after every property as if it were our own, paying attention to the details that shape a guest’s experience.
As Cape Hospitality grows, we plan to introduce linen supply, linen hire and laundry services. For now, our focus is on delivering reliable cleaning and building lasting relationships with our clients.
